Processing time

Delivery time

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email. You can follow your parcel at any time using the Track Order page.

Shipping destinations & costs

We ship internationally. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs & import duties

Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to customs duties or taxes payable by the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Issues with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days or your parcel appears lost, contact us via the contact page — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
