Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may be subject to a reduced refund corresponding to the loss in value.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or you provide proof of shipment), we will refund the full price of the item plus standard outbound delivery costs, using your original payment method, within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us via our contact page within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
